Diplomová práce se zabývá volbou časoprostoru amatérských sportovců z Olomouce. V prvé řadě si klade za cíl najít podobnosti a rozdílnosti rozhodování výzkumného vzorku založené na čase a prostoru. Autorka pracuje s teorií geografie času a pro interpretaci výsledků výzkumu postavila vlastní indexy. Sportovci museli splňovat základní kritéria pro účast ve výzkumu: mít alespoň jednu "stanici" v prostoru města Olomouc (Domov nebo Práci) a sportovat v průměru jednou týdně. Autorka hledala podobnosti a rozdílnosti v rozhodování lidí, jak stráví svůj volný čas ve prospěch svých sportovních projektů a jak při tom využívají prostor ve které žijí. Byly definovány atributy pro čas i prostor a poté porovnávány výsledky jednotlivých sportovců. Byla objevena závislost na věku a pohlaví sportovců a zobrazena do grafů a map.The thesis deals with time and space options of amateur athletes from Olomouc city. Primary goal was to found out if there are any similarity or diferences in attitudes or decisions of respondents based on time and space. Author works with theory of time-geography and for the interpretation of the results of the survey build her own indexes. The conditions for athletes, to take part in the survey, were: have at least one of the "stations" in the city of Olomouc (Home or Work) and do at least one sport activity for a week in average during the survey. Author looked up similarity and diferences in the decisions how people spend their free time in their Sport&Health projects and how they use the space where they live. Author determinated atributes of time and atributes of space, then compered results of the respondents and found out dependency on age and sex of the athletes, which are shown in graphs and maps.
