Práce je zaměřena na seznamy ctností v pastorálních listech. V úvodní kapitole jsou vymezeny a vysvětleny základní pojmy. Práce obsahuje krátkou reflexi z díla Alasdaira MacIntyra Ztráta ctnosti a pohled církve na autoritu Písma svatého. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny a rozpracovány seznamy ctností jednotlivých listů. V další kapitole jsou roztříděny ctnosti, podle četnosti výrazů. Na závěr jsou seznamy mezi sebou srovnány dle skupiny osob, kterým byl seznam určen.The thesis is focused on the lists of virtues in Pastoral Epistles. The introductory chapter defines and explains the basic concepts. The work contains a brief reflection of the work of Alasdair MacIntyre After virtue and the Church's view of the authority of the Holy Writ. Furthermore, lists of virtues of individual sheets are presented and elaborated in the work. In the next chapter, the virtues are classified according to the frequency of expressions. Finally, the lists are compared according to the group of people to whom the list was intended
