Diplomová práce směřuje do oblasti kanonického práva a věnuje se manželské překážce disparitatis cultus a udělování dispenze od této překážky se zaměřením na Olomouckou arcidiecézi. Práce popisuje důvody, charakteristiku, význam i praktické řešení překážky, uvádí její historický vývoj, současný stav a možnosti jejího dispenzování. v rámci tématu práce předkládá rovněž partikulární předpisy Olomoucké arcidiecéze.The diploma thesis is focused on the field of canonical law and deals with the marital obstacle of disparitatis cultus and granting dispensation from this obstatcle with a focus on the Olomouc Archdiocese. The thesis describes reasons, characteristic, significance and practical solution of the obstacle, points out its historical development, current state and possibilities of its dispensation. There are also presented particular regulations of the Olomouc Archdiocese within the topic of the thesis.
