Tématem diplomové práce je "Míra nezávislosti obecní samosprávy z pohledu Ústavy České republiky." Práce se postupně zabývá výzkumem obecních samospráv, vývojem obecní samosprávy na našem území a konkrétnímu ústavnímu nastavení obecní samosprávy. Stěžejní část analyzuje nezávislé postavení obcí dle sedmé hlavy Ústavy.The theme of this master´s thesis is "The rate of independence of municipal self-government from the perspective of the Constitution of the Czech republic." The thesis examines research of municipal self-governments, the development of municipal self-government in this therritory and specific constitutional setting of municipal self-government. The crucial part of the thesis analyzes the independent position of munisipalities by Seventh Title of the Constitution of the Czech republic.
