Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat postavu "Melusine" a její postavení ve společnosti v dílech Thüringa von Ringoltingen a Ludwiga Tiecka. Dále je v práci rozebíráno vnímáním "Melsuine" na základě vnímání ženy ve středověku a romantismu. V neposlední jsou řadě se práce zabývá motivy "Martenehe" a genealogií, které byly důležitou součástí vzniku díla.The aim of this work was to analyze the character "melusine" and hers position in society in the works of Thüring von Ringoltingen and Ludwig Tieck. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the perception of "Melusine" based on the perception od women in the middle ages and romanticism. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the motives of "Martenehe" and genealogy, which were an important part of the creation of the work.
