Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou zdanění hazardu v ČR po komplexní revizi z roku 2016. Jejím obsahem je vymezení právních pramenů, teoretické vymezení základních pojmů obsažených v právní úpravě hazardních her a vymezení daně z hazardních her, její konstrukční prvky a umístění v rámci daňové soustavy ČR.This bachelor's thesis deals with the legal regulation of gambling taxation in the Czech Republic after the complex revision in 2016. The content of this thesis is the definition of the legal sources, the theoretical definition of the fundamental concepts contained in the legal regulation of gambling and the definition of gambling tax, it's structural elements and location within the tax system of the Czech Republic.
