Diplomová práce se věnuje zjištění jaké jsou možnosti využití sociálního pracovníka na území obecního úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností z perpektivy starostů dotčených obcí. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy sociální práce, sociální pracovník, obec včetně obecního úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností a na závěr podává přehled zajímavostí na území správního obvodu Rosice. V praktické části je objasněna metoda a strategie výzkumu. Následně je interpretováno zjištění, zda starostové vidí možnosti využití sociálního pracovníka z obecního úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností.The diploma thesis deals with finding out what are the possibilities of using a social worker in the municipal office of a municipality with extended powers from the perspective of mayors of the affected municipalities. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of social work, social worker, municipality, including the municipal authority of the municipality with extended powers, and finally gives an overview of the attractions in the administrative district of Rosice. The method and strategy of the research is explained in the practical part. Subsequently, it is interpreted whether the mayors see the possibility of using a social worker from the municipal authority of a municipality with extended powers.
