Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout informace o současných možnostech screeningu, diagnostiky a léčby retinopatie nedonošených dětí. Úvodní kapitola je zaměřena na stavbu a vývoj sítnice s důrazem na vývoj sítnicových cév. Následující kapitola klasifikuje retinopatii nedonošených z hlediska lokalizace, stádia a formy patologických změn na sítnici. Hlavní část práce se zabývá screeningem předčasně narozených dětí. V závěru práce jsou popsány a na základě rešerše studií srovnány jednotlivé metody léčby tohoto onemocnění.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide information about the current possibilities of screening, diagnosis and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity. The introductory chapter focuses on the structure and development of the retina with an emphasis on the development of retinal vessels. The following chapter classifies retinopathy of prematurity in terms of localization, stage and forms of pathological changes in the retina. The main part of the thesis deals with screening of premature babies. In the conclusion of the thesis, individual methods of treatment of this disease are described and compared on the basis of a studies research.
