Cévní mozková příhoda a Parkinsonova choroba jsou jedny z nejčastějších neurologických onemocnění, postihující centrální nervový systém. Porucha chůze je přítomna u obou diagnóz, ale u každé nabývá jiného obrazu. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o lokomoci a jejím řízení, obecný přehled a podrobný popis patokineziologie chůze u dvou vybraných onemocnění. Dále jsou uvedeny standardizované testy chůze a možnosti nových rehabilitačních metod, které mohou konvenční fyzioterapii doplnit a zpestřit. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky, reprezentující obě nemoci, s návrhem krátkodobého i dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu.The stroke and the Parkinson's disease are one of the most frequent neurological diseases affecting the central nervous system. Both diseases are characterized by various gait disorders. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge about the locomotion control, detailed pathokinesiology of gait in the chosen diseases. New rehabilitation techniques supplementing the conventional physiotherapy are described in the next part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis contains two case studies representing both diseases, including the short-term and the long-term rehabilitation plan of care.
