Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice institutu Dříve vyslovená přání a s tím související zdravotnické etiky, základním etickým principům ve zdravotnictví, základním lidským právům, především právu na sebeurčení a problematice umírání, problematice institutů v zahraničí. Problematika je sledována u všeobecných a praktických sester, pracujících v nemocnici. Je směřována na jejich postoje k tomuto institutu a informovanost o institutu. Vyplněním dotazníku totiž vyjádřili svůj názor a informovanost, čímž bylo umožněno hodnotit míru informovanosti a postoje v závislosti na typu oddělení, délce zdravotnické praxe a zkušenosti s uplatněním institutu v praxi. Díky těmto výsledkům můžeme konstatovat, že střední zdravotničtí pracovníci jsou o existenci institutu informováni a zastávají pozitivní postoje. Dále můžeme konstatovat, že zkušenost s uplatněním institutu v praxi způsobuje pozitivnější postoje.The diploma thesis deals with the problems of the Advance directives institute and related health ethics, basic ethical principles in health care, basic human rights, especially the right to self-determination and the issue of dying, the issue of institutes abroad. The issue is monitored by general and practical nurses working in the hospital. It is directed at their attitudes towards this institute and awareness of the institute. In fact, by filling in the questionnaire, they expressed their opinion and awareness, which allowed them to evaluate the level of awareness and attitude depending on the type of separation, the length of the medical practice and the experience of applying the institute in practice. Thanks to these results, we can state that middle-aged health professionals are informed about the existence of the institute and are in a positive attitude. Furthermore, we can say that the practice of applying the institute in practice causes more positive attitudes.
