Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reflexí prusko-rakouské války z roku 1866 v německy psané literatuře z Čech a Moravy, která vznikla mezi lety 1866 až 1939. Stěžejní díla pocházejí od německy píšících autorů Roberta Hohlbauma a Karla Hanse Strobla. Kromě historického vývoje prusko-rakouské války 1866 a analýzy samotných románů se práce soustředí také na paměti z této války, kulturní paměť a teorii historického románu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakou roli hraje tato válka v kulturní paměti a jak je ve vybraných textech reflektována na základě teoreticko-metodologického podkladu.This diploma thesis deals with the reflection of the Prussian-Austrian War of 1866 in German literature from Bohemia and Moravia, which originated between 1866 and 1939. The central works come from the writers Robert Hohlbaum and Karl Hans Strobl. In addition to the historical development of the Prussian-Austrian War of 1866 and the analysis of the novels as such, the thesis also focuses on the memoirs from this war, cultural memory and theory of historical novel. The aim of this work is to find out what role this war plays in cultural memory and how it is reflected in selected texts on the basis of theoretical and methodological background.
