Cílem této práce bylo vypracování případové studie kvalitativního výzkumu. Téma práce je péče a stanovování cílů v rodině pečující o dítě s mentálním postižením. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí a to teoretické a metodologické. V teoretické části se věnuji tématu rodina pečující o dítě s mentálním postižením a popisuji jednotlivé druhy mentálního postižení. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na reakce rodičů na zjištění postižení a zvládání této situace. Dále uvádím, jaké krizové momenty mohou v takové rodině nastat, a také se věnuji oblasti sourozeneckých vztahů. V následující kapitole popisuji bilancování života rodiny, do kterého patří také stres v rodině, budoucnost dítěte, stanovování cílů a také rodinná resilience. V metodologické části píši o tom, kvalitativní výzkum, případová studie, co je cílem práce a jaké jsou výzkumné otázky. Dále popisuji, jaký je výzkumný soubor. Polostrukturovaný rozhovor popisuji jako metodu sběru dat, kterou budu používat, dále kódování jako metodu zpracování dat. Další kapitolou je etika výzkumu a dále následují výsledky výzkumuThe main aim of this graduation thesis was develop a case study of a qualitative research. The theme of thesis is balancing and setting the goals in family taking care of child with mental disability. Bachelor thesis consists of two parts and it is theoretical and methodological. Theoretical part is focus on family taking care of child with mental disability and I describe a species of mental disability. The next chapter focus on a reaction of parents when they find out the child is mental disability and coping with this situation. Further I indicate which crisis moments can occur in this family and I write about sibling relationships. In the following chapter I describe balancing of family life, where belongs stress in family, future of child, setting the goals and family resilience. In methodological part I write what is the qualitative research, case study, what is the main goal of the thesis and what are the research questions. Next I describe research sample. I describe semi-structured interview as a method of data collection, next is coding like a method of data processing. Other chapter is an ethics and results of research.
