Ruptura předního zkříženého vazu patří mezi nejčastější poranění vazivového aparátu kolenního kloubu. Přední zkřížený vaz je jedním z hlavních stabilizátorů kolenního kloubu a jeho poranění má tudíž negativní vliv na stabilitu. V důsledku poranění je proto často indikováno operační řešení náhrady poškozeného vazu artroskopicky asistovanou plastikou. V současné době je většina náhrad prováděna metodou single bundle, ale do popředí se dostávají i metody vícesvazkových operací jako metoda double bundle a triple bundle nebo metoda vnitřní fixace vazu. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o histologii, anatomii, biomechanice, typech štěpů a rizikových faktorech poranění předního zkříženého vazu. Hlavní pozornost je věnována jednotlivým operačním metodám s důrazem na rehabilitační léčbu. Praktická část předkládá příkladovou studii s návrhem krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu u pacienta s artroskopicky asistovanou plastikou předního zkříženého vazu metodou single bundle s využitím aloštěpu.The anterior cruciate ligament rupture is one of the most frequent knee ligament injuries. The anterior cruciate ligament is one of the main stabilizers of a knee joint and thus its injury has a negative impact on the stability. An arthroscopic assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is often indicated as a consequence of the rupture. The most common type of a reconstruction is single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in these days. However, the number of double-bundle and triple-bundle reconstructions and internal bracing fixations is increasing lately. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge about the histology, anatomy and biomechanics of the anterior cruciate ligament, types of grafts and potential risk factors of the anterior cruciate ligament injury. The main attention is paid on the particular types of the surgical techniques of reconstruction and the postoperative rehabilitation. The practical part of the thesis presents a case study including a short-term and a long-term rehabilitation care in a patient with arthroscopic assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using an allograft single-bundle reconstruction technique.
