Příprava pěstounů na přechodnou dobu je tématem bakalářské práce. Cílem práce je popsat a prozkoumat proces přípravy na roli pěstouna na přechodnou dobu a následná reflexe této přípravy samotnými pěstouny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část definuje rodinu, funkce rodiny, její poruchy, dítě, jeho potřeby a ohrožení. Další kapitola je věnována náhradní rodinné výchově v České republice a jsou popsány její druhy. Dále je definována pěstounská péče na přechodnou dobu, osobností pěstouna, systémem a zejména přípravami k pěstounské péči. Výzkumná část popisuje cíl výzkumu, metodu sběru dat a výběr výzkumných vzorků. Jsou zde představeny výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden kvalitativní metodou formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of temporary foster families. The goal is to describe and analyze the process of the preparations for the role of the temporary foster parent and following reflection of these preparations by the foster parents. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empiric part. The theoretical part defines a family, a function of a family, its defects, a child, its needs and threats. The next chapter is dedicated to the upbringing by foster families in the Czech Republic and there are also described its types. Furthermore, a temporary foster care is defined person the foster parent, the system and mainly the preparation for the foster care on a temporary. The researchpart describes the goal of the research, the method of the data collection and the selection of researched samples. There are presented results of the research, that was done by the qualitative method in a form of half structured interviews.
