Práce v první části pojednává o anatomických strukturách pánve a nohy. V druhé části se zabývá souvislostmi mezi postavením pánve a nohy, zejména vlivem pozice pánve v sagitální rovině na funkci nohy. Rozebrány jsou souvislosti mezi postavením jednotlivých segmentů dolní končetiny a pánve i souvislosti funkční (myofasciální). Následuje popis vyšetření těchto oblastí k diagnostice jejich dysfunkce a několik technik, které napomáhají jejich nápravě. Součástí práce je kazuistika, která ilustruje vztah mezi svaly pánevního dna a nohy v praxi.The first part of this work deals with the anatomical structures of pelvis and foot. In the second part, the work is concerned with the relationship between the position of the pelvis and foot, mainly with the influence of the position of the pelvis in the sagittal plane on the foot functioning. The relationships between the position of individual segments of the foot and pelvis and also the functional relationshops (myofascial) are discussed. Then the description of the examination of these areas for diagnostics of their dysfunctions and several techniques which help to correct them follow. A part of this work i salso a case study that illustrates the relationship between the muscles of the pelvic floor and foot in practise.
