Diplomová práce se zabývá dalším vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků, zaměřuje se na tuto oblast vzdělávání dospělých z pohledu pedagogických pracovníků a na jejich vnímání kvality v dalším vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy uvedené v práci a seznamuje s jejich aktuálním legislativním rámcem. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a interpretovat význam pojmu kvalita v dalším vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků a identifikovat specifika a bariéry tohoto vzdělávání. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle byly v empirické části zvoleny dva směry-dvě výzkumné strategie. První směr výzkumu byl zaměřen na pedagogické pracovníky a jejich účast na dalším vzdělávání, na jejich vzdělávací potřeby, vnímání významu pojmu kvalita v dalším vzdělávání z jejich perspektivy a vnímání bariér v tomto typu vzdělávání. V souvislosti s touto výzkumnou strategií byly realizovány rozhovory se zástupci vedení škol/školských zařízení a dotazníkové šetření ve skupině pedagogických pracovníků. Druhým směrem výzkumu byla analýza nabídky vzdělávacích programů DVPP v Praze. Propojením obou částí výzkumu byla zodpovězena otázka, zda je možné uspokojit deklarované vzdělávací potřeby respondentů z řad pedagogických pracovníků tohoto regionu.The diploma thesis deals with further education of pedagogical staff, it focuses on this area of adult education through the view of pedagogical workers and on their perception of the concept of quality in further education of pedagogical workers. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts mentioned in the thesis and introduces their current legislative framework. The aim is to analyze and interpret the perception of the term quality in the further education of pedagogical staff and to identify the specifics and barriers of this education. To achieve this, two directions - two research strategies - were chosen in the empirical part. The first direction of the research focused on teaching staff and their participation in continuing education, their educational needs, the perception of the importance of the concept of quality in continuing education from their perspective and the perception of barriers in this type of education. In connection with this research strategy, both interviews with representatives of school management / school facilities and a survey with a group of the teaching staff were conducted. The second direction of the research was to analyze the offer of DVPP educational programs in Prague. By linking together, the two parts of the research, the question of whether it is possible to meet the declared educational needs of respondents from the teaching staff of this region was answered.
