Táto prehľadová bakalárska práca je zameraná na nádorové postihnutie pažeráka a to najmä na jeho liečbu. V tejto práci sa dozviete rozdieľ medzi sponocelulárnym karcinómom a adenokarcinómom a o rizikových faktoroch, ktoré napomáhajú vzniku tohto ochorenia. Z liečby sa v mojej práci dozviete o najčastejších spôsoboch liečby a to sú rádioterapia, chemoterapia, chemorádioterapia a možnosť chirurgického odstránenia nádoru.This bachelor thesis focuses on tumor disease of oesophagus, but mainly on the treatment of this disease. The content of the thesis discuses the differences between spinocellular carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. It also explains risk-factors that help to develope that kind of disease. While writing this thesis I mainly focused on the most common treatments as for example radiotherapy, chemotherapy, chemoradiotherapy and the surgical tumor removal.
