Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje nejaktuálnější poznatky, které byly publikovány o negativním chování sester ke studentům ošetřovatelství v průběhu klinické výuky. Jedná se o velice častý jev, který se však nedaří přes veškeré zásahy odstranit, naopak jeho incidence neustále roste. Jak vyplývá z bakalářské práce, přítomnost negativního chování má následky nejen na studenty, ale i na pacienty. Vliv má také na nedostatek zdravotnického personálu, protože studenti, kteří se stali obětí negativního chování často nezvolí ošetřovatelství jako své budoucí zaměstnání. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá preventivními strategiemi, které jsou testovány a využívány, mají za cíl připravit studenty na negativní chování v průběhu klinické výuky. Preventivní programy informují a vyučují studenty, kteří jsou schopni po absolvování programu lépe reagovat na negativní chování sestry. Dále práce shrnuje aktuální informace o copingových strategiích, kteří využívají studenti v případě, že se stanou obětí negativního chování ze strany sestry. Poznatky jsou dohledány v databázích EBSCO, PUBMED a PROQUEST.The Bachelor thesis summarizes the recent researches on the negative behaviour of nurses to nursing students during a clinical practice. Although this phenomenon is very often, despite all interventions its elimination is unsuccessful; in addition the incidence is constantly increasing. The presence of the negative behaviour has serious consequences not only for students, but also for patients. This issue also influences the deficiency in terms of medical staff, since the students who have experienced the negative behaviour are not interested in working in this branch. The Bachelor thesis deals with preventive strategies that are focused on awareness and a good readiness of students who will very likely have to cope with negative behaviour. The coping strategy and its current information about the usage in practice by the students are also covered in the work. The findings are found in the EBSCO, PUBMED and PROQUEST databases.
