Tato práce si klade za cíl zmonitorovat doposud vydané právní úpravy, soustřeďující se na ochranu hospodářských zvířat v Číně, a přiblížit životní podmínky hospodářských zvířat chovaných v čínských intenzivních chovech. Práce poskytuje historicko-ekonomický a filozoficko-právní exkurz do dané problematiky, který společně s analýzou čínských právních předpisů, částečně porovnávané s právními předpisy České republiky, nastiňuje ucelený obraz dnešní ochrany a welfare hospodářských zvířat v Číně. Aktuální stav intenzivních chovů v práci reflektují případové studie terénních výzkumníků a vybrané kauzy, které jsou spojené s nedodržováním právních regulací či zneužitím jejich absence. Práce zmiňuje také spolupráci mezinárodních a nevládních organizací, které se pokouší tuto situaci změnit.The bachelor thesis deals with farm animals protection legislation statued up to the present time. The work focuses on farm animal protection in China and also describes their welfare in the intensive farming. In the first parts of this work I will try to interpret the historical and economical background of this topic and then I will discuss the philosophical and juridical aspects. To get the comprehensive view I will analyse the chinese legal regulations and later compare them with the regulations of Czech Republic. The current intensive scale farming situation is reflected by several field worker studies and illustrated with affairs of breaking the regulations or taking advantage of their absence. The work also mentions cooperation between international and non-governmental organizations which are trying to change the situation.
