Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření obce Slatinice se zaměřením na oblast školství. V teoretické části je vymezena struktura veřejné správy, obec, její působnost a druhy obcí. Dále obecní orgány. Následně je vymezeno finanční hospodaření obce v souvislosti s rozpočtem a jeho příjmy a výdaji. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je uvedeno fungování financování školství z pohledu obce. V praktické části je uvedena metodologie a výzkumné otázky, je zde charakterizována obec Slatinice, analýza příjmů a výdajů a financování školství. Dále je provedena analýza financování obce, monitoring obce a shrnutí a návrhy.The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the management of the municipality Slatinice with a focus on the area of education. In the theoretical part is defined structure of the public administration, municipality, its operation and its types. Also representative bodies.
