Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na spolupráci pedagoga s kurátorem pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část charakterizuje sociálně-právní ochranu dětí a její historický vývoj. Popisuje legislativu, ze které sociálně-právní ochrana dětí vychází a definuje její zásady. Charakterizuje orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a jejich činnost. Druhá kapitola se zabývá výchovně vzdělávací úlohou pedagoga a jeho rolí v rámci poradenství. Popisuje jeho spolupráci s rodiči žáků a také jeho roli v rámci volnočasových aktivit. Účelem třetí kapitoly je přiblížit spolupráci pedagoga a kurátora pro děti a mládež. Charakterizuje oznamovací povinnost škol, individuální plán ochrany dítěte a případové konference. Praktická část zkoumá, jakým způsobem probíhá spolupráce pedagoga a kurátora pro děti a mládež. Charakterizuje, jaké jsou nejčastější typy rizikového chování a jaké jsou postupy při jejich řešení. Popisuje bariéry, které při spolupráci vznikají, a navrhuje jejich řešení.The bachelor thesis is focused on the cooperation between pedagogue and curator for children and youth. The theoretical part describes the social and legal protection of children and its historical development. It characterizes the legislation on which the social and legal protection of children is based and defines its principles. It characterizes the social and legal authority of children protection and its activities. The second chapter deals with the educational role of pedagogue and his role in the counseling. It describes his cooperation with parents of pupils and also his role in the leisure activities. The purpose of third chapter is to approach cooperation between pedagogue and curator for children and youth. It characterizes the notification duty of schools, the individual child protection plan and case conference. The applied part of thesis examines ways of cooperation between pedagogue and curator for children and youth. It characterizes the most common types of risky behaviour and the process of their solution. It describes the obstacles and suggests a solution.
