Diplomová práce popisuje život dítěte raného věku se vzácným kožním onemocněním ichtyóza. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem ichtyóza, příčiny a příznaky nemoci, uvádí možnosti léčby a prognózu pacientů obecně. Praktickou část tvoří kazuistika dívky s dg. Ichtyóza - forma Harlequin. Součástí práce jsou rozhovory s rodinou, asistentkou pedagoga a zakladateli Spolku Ichtyóza. Cílem práce je vytvoření uceleného obrazu o životě dítěte s touto nemocí a dopadu na celou jeho rodinu a okolí.Thesis is focused on the life of the child with a rare skin disorder of ichtyosis. The theoretical part explains the koncept of ichthyosis, the causes and symptoms of the dinase, contain list sof treatment options and prognosis of patiens in general. The practical part consists of a case report of a girl with dg. ichthyosis - a Harlequin form. The work includes interview with the family, teacher´s assistant and founder of the Ichthyosis Society. The aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive view of the life of a child with this dinase and its impal on his or her entire family and surroundings.
