Tato práce se zabývá vývojem dnešní mládeže očima, pohledem, starší generace. V teoretické části práce jsou přiblížen pojmy mládež a starší generace. Je zde ve zkrácené verzi uvedeno, jak probíhal vývoj generací a také je možno nalézt v této části vypracovanou teorii k pěti okruhům šetření: vždělání, četba, finance, politika, manželství. V praktické části bylo provedeno šetření realizované pomocí techniky polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s příslušníky starší generace. Výsledky šetření jsou součástí práce.This work deals with the development of today´s youth through the eyes of the older generation. In the theoretical part of this work, the terms "youth" and "the older generation" are explained. A short version of the generation development is outlined there. The theory to inquiry is also developed in this part. In the practical part a research was done with the help of a semi-standardized interview with members of the older generation. Results are included in the work.
