Bakalářská práce "Krize maskulinity" definuje maskulinitu, jako stěžejní termín této práce, ze tří aspektů: biologického, sociologického a psychologického. Snaží se tento pojem uchopit v celé šíři, proto následuje podrobný popis čtyř mužských archetypů. Dále se teoretická část věnuje tradičnímu, patriarchálnímu pojetí společnosti, které bylo nabouráno feministickým hnutím. Poslední kapitola pojednává o krizi mužství a jejím odlišném pojetí v americkém a českém prostředí. Empirická část si klade za cíl potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, zda existuje krize mužství v české společnosti, jelikož názory odborníků se neshodují.This bachelor's thesis "The Crisis of Masculinity" defines masculinity as a crucial term from three different aspects - biological, sociological and psychological. It strives for understanding the whole context and offers a thorough description of four archetypes of masculinity which can be accomplished by a male. Next part of this thesis describes the traditional and patriarchal approach to society, which in recent past heavily collided with the feminist movement. The last chapter of a theoretical section of this bachelor's thesis compares American and Czech point of view on the crisis of masculinity. The empirical section of this thesis aims to either confirm or falsify a hypothesis whether the crisis of masculinity exists in the Czech society, whereas the opinions of experts differ.
