Kůže je největším orgánem lidského těla, který plní řadu životně důležitých úkolů. Jedním z nich je tvořit bariéru mezi organismem a okolím. Vlivem onemocnění může být struktura či funkce kůže narušena. Cílem této práce je prostudovat chování vybraných dermatologických léčiv na modelových membránách in silico. Výsledky jsou konfrontovány s očekávaným chování na skutečné kůži.The skin is the largest body of the human body. Skin performs number of vital tasks such as formation of a barrier between the organism and the environment. Due to some diseases, the structure and function of the skin may be impaired. The aim of this work is to study the behavior of selected dermatological drugs on model membranes in silico. The results are confronted with the expected behavior on real skin.
