Text se zabývá analýzou kognitivních teorií učení a integrací poznatků interdisciplinárního výzkumu orientovaného na učení dospělých. Výchozím přístupem je kognitivní paradigma procesů zpracování informací. Cílem práce je integrovat dosavadní vývoj a soudobé poznatky o kognitivních procesech učení. V základním kognitivním modelu učení jsou analyzovány procesy kódování, uchování a vybavování informací. V práci jsou uvedena doporučení pro aplikaci efektu testování, rozloženého a elaborativního učení v androdidaktické praxi.The text deals with analysis of cognitive theories of learning and with integration of knowledge of interdisciplinary research focused on adult learning. The basic approach is the cognitive paradigm of processes related to information processing. The goal of the thesis is to integrate development to date and contemporary knowledge of cognitive learning processes. The encoding process, retention and retrieval of information are being analyzed in the basic cognitive learning model. In the thesis are given the recommendations for testing effect, distributed practice and elaborative learning application in androdidactics praxis.
