Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem justičního omylu, ve všech jeho podobách. Postupně představujeme základní stavební kameny právního řádu v podobě práva a spravedlnosti. Až po analýzu tohoto fenoménu včetně rozboru jeho příčin. V následující části zaměřené na komparaci angloamerického a kontinentálního právního systému, vycházíme z východiska, že se tato pochybení mohou dotknout kteréhokoliv jedince ve společnosti. V předposlední kapitole je práce věnovaná problematice kompenzace za způsobenou újmu. V závěru podává autor vlastní pohled na předmětnou problematiku.This diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of judicial error, in all its forms. We are gradually introducing the basic building blocks of the rule of law in the form of law and justice. Up to the analysis of this phenomenon, including the analysis of its causes. In the following section, focusing on the comparison of the Anglo-American and continental legal systems, we start from the point that these mistakes can affect any individual in society. In the penultimate chapter, the thesis deals with the issue of compensation for damage caused. In conclusion, the author presents his own view of the subject matter.
