Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza norského nečlenského modelu a analýza europeizace Norska. Jedná se o jedinečnou kvalitativní případovou studii umožňující hluboké porozumění případu europeizace nečlenského státu, konkrétně Norska. Teoretický koncept práce tvoří teorie europeizace. Analytická část vychází především z konceptu Franka Schimmelfenniga, jež sleduje konkrétní mechanismy, které europeizaci v nečlenských zemích spouští. Zároveň jsou v práci analyzovány hlavní kanály, prostřednictvím kterých se Norsko snaží v EU prosazovat své zájmy. Práci tvoří celkem čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola představuje teoretický rámec práce, druhá kapitola pak shrnuje specifika vztahů mezi Norskem a EU a definuje norský nečlenský model na základě tří hlavních pilířů. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola tvoří analytickou část, v níž je sledována top-down a bottom-up europeizace Norska. Analýza potvrzuje, že Norsko je, navzdory svému statusu nečlenského státu, silně ovlivněno procesem evropské integrace.The aim of this master's thesis is to analyse the Norwegian non-member model and the europeanization of Norway. It is a unique qualitative case study aimed at deep understanding of europeanization of a non-member country, namely Norway. The theoretical concept of the thesis is the theory of europeanization. The analytical part is based mainly on Frank Schimmelfennig's concept, which follows the specific mechanisms that trigger europeanization in non-member countries. This thesis also analyses the main channels through which Norway seeks to promote its interests in the EU. There are four chapters in total. The first chapter presents the theoretical framework of the thesis, the second chapter summarises the specifics of the relations between Norway and the EU and defines the Norwegian non-member model based on three main pillars. The third and fourth chapters form the analytical part in which the top-down and bottom-up europeanization of Norway is observed. The analysis confirms that Norway, despite its status as a non-member country, is strongly influenced by the process of European integration.
