Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zmapování mobbingu ve veřejné správě, konkrétně na obecních a městských úřadech ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat výskyt mobbingu ve veřejné správě, charakterizovat pojem mobbing, jeho příčiny, důsledky, formy a aktéry a možnosti prevence a pomoci. Práce je strukturována do dvou částí- teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je zpracován obecně pojem mobbing, také jeho příčiny, projevy a aktéři mobbingu. Pozornost je věnována také prevenci a možnostem pomoci obětem. V praktické části byl stanoven výzkumný cíl, výzkumné problémy a naformulovány hypotézy. Dále je popsána metoda a technika sběru dat, výzkumný vzorek, výzkumné šetření a jeho výsledky. Hlavním cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo zmapovat výskyt mobbingu na obecních a městských úřadech ve Zlínském kraji. Kromě hlavního výzkumného cíle byly stanoveny i dílčí výzkumné cíle praktické části diplomové práce.This thesis focuses on charting mobbing in public administration, specifically at local and municipal authorities in the Zlin Region. The aim of this thesis is to map the occurrence of mobbing in public administration, to characterize the concept of mobbing, as well as its causes, consequences, forms of prevention options and assistance. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical section. In the theoretical part, the concept of mobbing, its causes, manifestations and partakers of mobbing are generally broken down. Attention is also paid to prevention and assistance to victims. In the practical part, the goal of the research, its problems and hypotheses were created. Furthermore, the method and data collection technique, research sample, followed up by research investigation and its results were also described in this section. The main aim of the practical part of the thesis was to map the occurrence of mobbing at local and municipal authorities in the Zlin Region. In addition to the main research goal, partial research objectives of the practical part of the thesis were defined.
