Teoretická část diplomové práce mapuje oblast schizofrenie, raných negativních zážitků a disociace, včetně současných výzkumů v dané problematice a dává tak kontext a teoretickou základnu výzkumné části. Výzkum spadá do oblasti klinické psychologie a týká se vztahu mezi ranými negativními zážitky, disociací a závažností příznaků u pacientů se schizofrenií. Cílem výzkumu je ověřit vztah mezi jednotlivými fenomény. Hypotézy jsou položeny na základě výsledků zahraničních studií. Výzkum je realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření (SDQ-20, DES, ACE) a klinického rozhovoru (BPRS). Tyto metody byly administrovány 55 pacientům s diagnózou paranoidní schizofrenie hospitalizovaným v psychiatrických léčebnách a nemocnicích. Výsledky statistické analýzy ukázaly středně silnou pozitivní korelaci mezi těmito fenomény = 0,352-0,579, signifikantní na hladině p <0,01The theoretical part of this thesis aims to describe schizophrenia, adverse childhood experiences and dissociation, including the point of view of the current studies on the topic, and by doing so provide the context and the theoretical baseline needed for the research part of this thesis. The research itself is a part of the clinical psychology branch and tries to describe the relation between adverse childhood experiences, dissociation and the severity of the symptoms in adult patients with schizophrenia. The goal of this research is to verify the relation between abovementioned phenomena. The hypotheses in the research part are based upon the outcomes of a number of foreign studies on the topic. The research was carried out using questionnaires (SDQ-20, DES, ACE) and a clinical interview (BPRS). These methods were administered to 55 patients with a diagnosis of a paranoid schizophrenia that were hospitalized in a number of mental institutions and hospitals. The results of a statistical analysis showed strong positive correlation between these phenomena, = 0,352-0,579 with significance of p <0,01.
