Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sociálním poradenstvím v systému dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Úvodní část se věnuje možným aspektům, jež mohou vést k situacím hmotné nouze, sociální reformě, která proběhla v r. 2012, jejímu dopadu na systém dávek v hmotné nouzi, organizačnímu členění úřadu práce a vymezení legislativního rámce. V teoretické části následuje vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti sociální práce, systému hmotné nouze, rolím sociálního pracovníka a zásadám sociálního poradenství. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit příčiny vzniku hmotné nouze a ověřit, zda jsou příjemci dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi ochotni řešit vzniklou situaci ve spolupráci se sociálními pracovníky, kteří s nimi spolupracují v rámci sociálního poradenství ke snížení rizika závislosti příjemců na poskytování dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi a jejich integrace do běžného života.This thesis deals with issues of social counseling in the system of benefits and assistance in material need. Introductory part deals with possible aspects, that may lead to situations of material need, social reform, which took place in the year 2012, its impact on the system of benefits in material need, organizational structure of labor office and the definition of legislative framework. Theoretical part describes fundamental concepts in the field of social work, system of assistance in material need, the role of a social worker and the principles of social counseling. This thesis aims to determine causes of material need and to verify, if the recipients of the aid in material need are willing to deal with their situation by cooperating with social workers, that aid them in the context of social counseling to reduce the risk of beneficiaries being dependent on disbursements of benefits in material need and their integration into normal life.
