Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací a fyzickou aktivitou u pacientů s diabetem mellitus 2. typu. První dílčí cíl této práce je zaměřen na předložení aktuálních dohledaných publikovaných poznatků týkajících se efektivity edukace u pacientů s diabetem mellitus 2. typu. Dohledané poznatky potvrzují, že efektivita závisí na typu edukace, použití moderních edukačních pomůcek, telefonních intervencí a moderních technologií. V edukaci self-managementu má zásadní roli motivace. Druhý dílčí cíl je zaměřen na předložení aktuálních dohledaných publikovaných poznatků týkajících se významu edukace o fyzické aktivitě u pacientů s diabetem mellitus 2. typu. Dohledané poznatky potvrzují význam fyzické aktivity u pacientů s diabetem mellitus 2. typu a uvádějí bariéry a facilitátory fyzické aktivity. Pro strategii vyhledávání byly použity tyto databáze: EBSCO, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, MEDVIK, PUBMED. Jako zdroj byla použita recenzovaná periodika v českém a anglickém jazyce.The reviewing bachelor thesis deals with education and physical activity on patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. The first sub-target of this work is focused on presentation of the current published findings of the effectiveness of education on patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. The published findings confirm that effectiveness depends on the type of education, the use of modern teaching gadgets, telephone interventions and modern technologies. The motivation has the key role in self-management education. The second sub-target focuses on presenting of the current published findings about the importance of education of physical activity on patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. The published findings confirm the importance of physical activity on patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and indicate barriers and facilitators of physical activity. For the search strategy were used following databases: EBSCO, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, MEDVIK, PUBMED. As source were used reviewed periodicals in Czech and English.
