Neuromonitorace je základní součástí péče o pacienta v kritickém stavu hospitalizovaného na neurochirurgické jednotce intenzivní péče. Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje aktuální dohledané poznatky o neuromonitoraci v ošetřovatelské péči. Za cíl si dává předložit informace o úloze všeobecné sestry během posouzení neurologického stavu, monitorace intrakraniálního a mozkového perfuzního tlaku. Z dohledaných odborných článků a výzkumů vyplývá, že je to právě všeobecná sestra, kdo nejčastěji monitoruje neurologický stav pacienta. Na monitoraci intrakraniálního a mozkového perfuzního tlaku se všeobecná sestra dle svých kompetencí podílí ošetřovatelskou péčí o zevní komorovou drenáž nebo o čidlo pro intraparenchymovou monitoraci intrakraniálního tlaku. Poznatky byly z databází: EBSCO, PubMed, Wiley Online Library a BMČ.Neuromonitoring is an essential part of the care of a patient in critical condition hospitalized on a neurosurgical unit of intensive care. The bachelor thesis summarizes the current knowledge of neuromonitoring in nursing care. It aims to provide information about the role of the general nurse during the assessment of the neurological state, intracranial and cerebral perfusion pressure monitoring. From the articles and research papers is clear that a person who the most frequently monitor the neurological condition of the patient is the general nurse. The role of the general nurse during the monitorization of intracranial and cerebral perfusion pressure is based on competences of nursing care of external ventricular drainage and of intraparenchymal gauge for intracranial pressure monitoring. The indings were drawn from the databases: EBSCO, PubMed, Wiley Online Library and BMC.
