Tato práce se zabývá výskytem serpentinofytů na pěti lokalitách severní Moravy, v okolí města Šumperk. Jedná se o rostlinné druhy rostoucí na hadcovém podloží. Hadcové půdy jsou charakterizovány vysokými koncentracemi těžkých kovů a nízkým množstvím živin. Na tyto vlastnosti jsou serpentinofyty adaptovány, proto jsou schopny zde přežívat. Na Šumpersku se jedná o Asplenium adulterinum, A. cuneifolium a Dianthus carthusianorum subsp. capillifrons. Z dostupné literatury, jež se věnuje flóře na lokalitách PR Na hadci, PP Chrastický hadec, PP Žďár a na hadcových lokalitách u Hanušovic a Štědrákovy Lhoty, jsem získala soupisy rostlinných druhů, které jsem ověřovala terénními návštěvami těchto lokalit. Výsledkem mého pozorování bylo zjištění, že ne na všech hadcových lokalitách se vyskytují obligátní serpentinofyty. Zejména na lokalitě u Hanušovic a Štědrákovy Lhoty jsem nezaznamenala žádné obligátní serpentinofyty. V PR Na hadci jsem taktéž nepozorovala pouze na této lokalitě uváděný Dianthus carthusianorum subsp. capillifrons.This thesis deals with the occurrence of serpentinophytes at five localities in North Moravia in the vicinity of the town of Šumperk. Serpentinophytes are plants which grow in serpentine soil. Serpentine soils are characterized by high concentrations of heavy metals and low amount of nutrition. Serpentinophytes are adapted to these conditions, which is the reason why they are able to survive here. Asplenium adulterinum, A. cuneifolium and Dianthus carthusianorum subsp. capillifrons occur in the studied area. I acquired lists of plants growing at the five localities, i.e. PR Na hadci, PP Chrastický hadec, PP Žďár, Hanušovice and Štědrákova Lhota from available literature. I tried to confirm occurrence of species from these lists by visiting these localities. The result of my observations was a discovery that obligate serpetinophytes do not grow at all the localities. Especially at localities close to Hanušovice and Štědrákova Lhota I did not find any of them. At PR Na hadci I did not confirm the occurrence of Dianthus carthusianorum subsp. capillifrons which was reported only from this locality.
