Práce se zabývá pohledem osobních asistentů na hierarchii a systém v dané sociální službě. Hledali jsme, co je na nich funkční a co naopak není. Zkoumali jsme také vztah, ve kterém do osobní asistence vstupují a faktory, které jej ovlivňují. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme definování pojmů a vymezením výzkumů v oblasti této problematiky.The thesis deals with the view of personal assistants on the hierarchy and the system in their social service. We were looking for what is effective and what is not. We also examined the relationship in which personal assistance is entering and the factors that affect it. In the theoretical part of the thesis we define concepts and research in this area.
