Diplomová práce se zabývá bazální stimulací na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení v ošetřovatelské péči. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na koncept Bazální stimulace, jeho vývoj, teoretická východiska konceptu, popis jednotlivých prvků bazální stimulace a na uplatnění konceptu v ošetřovatelské péči na odděleních ARO. Empirická část popisuje provádění výzkumného šetření a dokládá výsledky z kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření v Libereckém kraji. Podrobně jsou výsledná data popsána v diskuzi. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit, jestli je koncept Bazální stimulace využíván na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních z pohledu ošetřovatelské péče. Data, která byla zjištěna, mohou být přínosná pro vedoucí pracovníky na odděleních ARO. Mohou zlepšit péči o pacienta/klienta a učinit jeho pobyt v nemocnici příjemnější.The thesis deals with Basal Stimulation in the Department of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation in nursing care.The thesis has two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of Basal Stimulation, its development, the theoretical basis of the concept, the description of individual elements of basal stimulation and the application of the concept in nursing care in Departments of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation. The empirical part describes the conduct of the resarch and provides the results from the quantitative research carried out by means of a questionnaire survey in the Liberec region. The research results are detailed and illustrated in Discussion chapter.The main aim of my thesis is to ascertain if the concept of Basal Stimulation is used in Departments of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation from the perspective of nursing care. Final findings may be beneficial to supervisors in Departments of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation. The results can be used to improve patient/client care and make their stay in the wards more comfortable.
