Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou institutu zvaného Program zacházení s odsouzenými osobami tak, aby i ve výkonu trestu byly naplňovány principy humanizace. Osvětluje jeho realizaci v praxi prostřednictvím nabízených aktivit. Objasňuje důvodnost vzniku Vězeňské služby České republiky, jeji cíle, funkce a typy věznic. Zaměřuje se na činnost jednotlivých odborných pracovníků při zpracování komplexní zprávy o odsouzeném, s větším důrazem na sociální práci ve výkonu trestu. V praktické části je uvedena metodika výzkumného šetření, specifikován výzkumný vzorek respondentů, popis vybraných věznic, stanovení hypotéz a vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření.This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristic of the institute called "The Program for Treatment with the Convicted Persons" (Program zacházení s odsouzenými osobami) to fulfil principles of humanization also in the execution of the sentence. It shows its implementation in practise by offered activities. It clarifies the reason of the origin of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic", its purpose, function and types of prisons. It focuses on activity of individual professionals in elaboration of complex report about convicted person with special emphasis on social work during the execution of the sentence. In the practical part of the thesis, the methodology of the research is specified. The group of respondents is described in this part of the study. At the end, determination of hypothesis and the evaluation of the research is done.
