Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou činnosti spolku KOKTEJL působícího v Prostějově. Cílem je analyzovat současnou situaci a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout strategii k udržení a zlepšení pozice na trhu volnočasových služeb. Rozbory z pohledu vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí objasní legislativní nedostatky, stagnaci chodu organizace a potíže s financováním. Výsledková část formuluje ve třech strategických segmentech nejpodstatnější oblasti, kterým by se organizace měla věnovat. Klíčové výkonové cíle pro letošní rok konkretizuje realizační harmonogram. Zpracované návrhy řeší zaměření tvorby a okruhy zdrojových nástrojů. Příloha věnuje pozornost novým stanovám spolku, produktové nabídce a portfolio dárců.The diploma thesis deals with the activities of the KOKTEJL association acting in Prostejov. The aim is to analyze the current situation, propose a strategy to maintain and improve the position of the leisure services market on the basis of the findings. The analyzes from the perspective of the internal and external environment will be explaining the legislative shortcomings, the stagnation of the organization and the difficulty of financing. The result section defines the most important areas for the organization in three strategic segments. The key performance targets are the implementation timetable for this year. Processed making suggestions solves focus on the leisure market and circuits source tools. The appendix pays attention to the new company statutes, product offer, and donor portfolio.
