Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu aromatických cytokininů a ovlivnění jejich rozpustnosti. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zabývající se cytokininy, jejich klasifikací, biosyntézou a distribuci v rostlině. V experimentální části byly připraveny čtyři protonizované cytokininy s různými substituenty v poloze N6. Látky byly charakterizovány fyzikálně-chemickými metodami a následně byla testována jejich biologická aktivita pomocí senescenčního, kalusového a kompetičního receptorového biotestu na cytokinových receptorech AHK3 a AHK4. Závěrem byla testována rozpustnost nově připravených látek.Bachelor thesis focuses on synthesis of aromatic cytokinins and affecting their solubility. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge about cytokinins, their classification, biosynthesis and distribution in plants. Four protonized cytokinins with different substituents in N6 position were synthesized in experimental part. Substances were characterized with physico-chemical methods and then tested for their biological activity by senescence, callus and competitive AHK3 and AHK4 receptor bioassays. Finally the solubility of newly synthesized substances was tested.
