Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jemnou motorikou a její terapií u hemiparetických pacientů. V obecném přehledu se věnuje jemné motorice - formám, vývoji, řízení, testování a charakterizuje hemiparézu a její klinický obraz zaměřený na horní končetinu. V hlavní části se zabývá možnostmi terapie, jak běžnými metodami, tak i metodami speciálními a jejich efektivitou.This bachelor thesis deals with fine motorics and the possibilities of therapy in hemiparetics. In a general overview deals with fine motoring - forms, development, motor control, testing and characterization of hemiparesis and its clinical image focused on the upper limb. In the main part deals with the possibilities of therapy, both conventional methods and special methods and their effectiveness.
