Cílem této diplomové práce bylo posoudit vliv operačního řešení ruptury předního zkříženého vazu na kinematiku chůze. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 12 osob, ve věku 29,4 ? 6,4 let, s plánovanou operační rekonstrukcí předního zkříženého vazu. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o strukturách kolenního kloubu, poranění předního zkříženého vazu, následcích nedostatečnosti vazu a srovnání jednotlivých typů řešení ruptury předního zkříženého vazu. Před zahájením vlastního měření byl proveden odběr anamnézy a klinické testy včetně Tegnerova skóre aktivity, Lysholmova skóre a IKDC, dále byl pacient instruován k deseti pokusům přirozené chůze ve vyznačeném prostoru. Pro získání kinematických parametrů dolních končetin a pánve byl použit optoelektronický systém Vicon MX. Měření probíhalo před operací a následně půl roku a rok po operaci předního zkříženého vazu. Hodnoceny byly změny úhlových parametrů kloubů dolních končetin. Klinicky významné byly změny v rozsahu pohybu kloubů neoperované dolní končetiny a zvýšení rozsahu pohybu operovaného kolenního kloubu do extenze a rotace ve stojné fázi rok po operaci.The aim of this thesis was to assess the effect of the surgical reconstruction of the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament on the kinematics of the gait. Twelve people (29,4 ? 6,4 years) with planned anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction took part in the research. The theoretical part of the thesis contains knowledge about the structure of the knee, the anterior cruciate ligament injury, the consequences of ligament deficiency and a comparison of various solutions of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Before commencing the measuring, the patients were asked for their anamnesis, including the Tegner scale, the Lysholm scale, and the IDKC. Then patients were asked to do ten natural walks in the designated area. The optoelectronic system Vicon MX was used for the kinematic data of the lower limb and pelvis. The measurement took place immediately before the surgery, and six and twelve months after the surgery. Changes in angular parameters of the joints of the lower limbs were evaluated. The changes were clinically significant in the range of movement of the joints in the healthy lower limb, and increased in the range of extension and rotation in the stance phase of the operated lower limb one year after the operation.
