Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními teoretickými poznatky v oblasti motorických dovedností dětí s poruchami autistického spektra a navrhuje praktické kroky pro práci fyzioterapeuta s těmito dětmi. Poruchy smyslového zpracování, které patří mezi hlavní rysy diagnózy autismu, jsou podrobněji rozpracovány společně s motorickými dovednostmi s důrazem na povrchové čití, propriocepci a rovnováhu. Navržený postup v práci s autistickým dítětem obsahuje zejména podklad pro úvodní rozhovor s rodičem dítěte, plán vyšetření motorických dovedností a možnosti vizuální a jiné podpory v průběhu terapie. Kazuistiky porovnávají tři chlapce s poruchami autistického spektra ve věku 4, 7 a 8 let. Motorické obtíže společné všem dětem se vyskytly ve třech oblastech křížení střední roviny, bilaterální koordinaci a imitaci.Bachelor thesis deals with current theoretical knowledge in motor skills of children with autistic spectrum disorders and suggests practical steps for the work of a physiotherapist with these children. Sensory processing disorders which are the main feature of autism diagnosis are developed in more detail together with motor skills. Further emphasis is put on tactile sensation, proprioception and balance. The proposed procedure for working with an autistic child includes, in particular, the background for an initial interview with the child's parent, a plan to examine motor skills and the possibilities of visual and other support during therapy. There are compared case reports of three boys with autistic spectrum disorders at the age of 4, 7 and 8 years. Motor difficulties common to all children have occurred in three areas crossing the body's midline, bilateral motor coordination and imitation.
