Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rhegmatogenním odchlípením sítnice. Vzniká v případě, je-li přítomna trhlina nebo díra, kterou se sklivec dostává pod sítnici a odchlipuje ji. V úvodní kapitole je popsána anatomie a fyziologie sítnice. V následující kapitole jsou objasněny příčiny a mechanismy vzniku, díky kterým k rhegmatogennímu ochlípení dochází. Dále jsou v práci popsány vyšetřovací metody a léčebné postupy, kterými je rhegmatogenní odchlípení diagnostikováno a následně řešeno.This bachelor thesis deals with rhegmatogenous detachment of the retina. It occurs when a crack or hole is present that the vitreous gets under the retina and deviates from it. Anatomy and physiology of the retina are described in the introductory chapter. The following chapter explains the causes and mechanisms of origin that result in a rhegmatogenous sprain. In addition, there are described the methods of investigation and therapeutic procedures, which are diagnosed and subsequently solved by rhegmatogenous deviation.
