Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vplyvom štruktúry optotypov na meranie zrakovej ostrosti. Teoretická časť popisuje zrakovú ostrosť, jej meranie a spôsoby, ktorými sa dá nameraná zraková ostrosť zapísať. Podstatná časť rozoberá aj dizajn optotypov, znaky na optotypoch, progresiu písmen či jas a kontrast optotypov. Posledná kapitola teoretickej časti popisuje crowding efekt a kontúrovú interakciu. Ťažiskom práce bolo experimentálne zisťovanie vplyvu štruktúry optotypov na meranie zrakovej ostrosti a vplyv separácie znakov na meranie zrakovej ostrosti. V tejto diplomovej práci sa porovnávali optotypy, ktoré mali znaky v riadkoch a v stĺpcoch.The master´s thesis is devoted to influences of the optotype´s structures on measuring of visual acuity. The theoretical part describes visual acuity, its measurement and ways how visual acuity can be recorded. The essential part is concerned with the design of optotypes, optotypes´ letters, letter´s progression, brightness or optotypes´ contrasts. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the crowding phenomenon and contour interaction. The main part of the work is the experimental investigation of influences of the octotype´s structures for measurement of visual acuity and influence of letters serving for measurement of visual acuity. The diploma thesis compares optotypes having letters in rows and in columns.
