Bakalářská diplomová práce "Genderové stereotypy v mateřských školkách", seznamuje čtenáře nejenom s obecnou problematikou genderové nerovnosti naší společnosti, nýbrž zejména s konkrétním uplatňováním genderových stereotypů v mateřských školkách. Cíl práce spočívá především v zjištění, zda a jakým způsobem se genderové stereotypy napříč předškolním vzděláváním uplatňují a také, zda míra uplatňování těchto stereotypů závisí na prostředí (vesnice, město), v němž se školka nachází.This Bachelor's Thesis "Gender Stereotypes at Primary Schools" deals with the gender stereotypes in kindergartens and presents the general problems (issues) of gender inequality of society. It introduces the concrete use of gender stereotypes in kindergartens. The goal is to find out if and how are the gender stereotypes used through preschool education and if the measure of this use is determined by the surroundings (village, city) in which is the kindergarten situated.
