Diplomová práce pojednává o změnách v životech mladých rodičů po narození dítěte z hlediska financí. Předmětem práce není pouze ekonomická situace mladých rodin jako stav, jež je z velké části determinován výší státní sociální podpory, ale i strategie hospodaření mladých rodičů jako proces. Práce dále pojednává o složkách finanční gramotnosti, které se výrazně promítají do zavedených způsobů hospodaření a ekonomického chování mladých rodičů. Diplomová práce seznamuje také s výstupy proběhlých měření finanční gramotnosti dospělých, přičemž cílí na věkové kohorty odpovídající výzkumnému souboru mladých rodičů. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o systému dalšího finančního vzdělávání dospělých i konkrétních vzdělávacích projektech. Empirická část práce popisuje, jakým způsobem mladí rodiče interpretují vlastní ekonomickou situaci, způsoby hospodaření a postoje k dalšímu finančnímu vzdělávání formou mnohonásobné případové studie.The diploma thesis describes changes in the lives of young parents after having a child in terms of finances. The subject of the thesis is not only the economic situation of young families as a condition that is largely determined by the state social support, but also as a process of money management of young parents. The thesis also deals with the components of financial literacy, which are strongly reflected in the established ways of economic management and economic behavior of young parents. The diploma thesis also acquaints with the results of adult financial literacy measurements, targeting the age cohorts corresponding to the research group of young parents. The theoretical part is concluded by the chapter on the system of further financial education of adults and examples of specific educational projects. The empirical part of the thesis describes how young parents interpret their own economic situation, ways of their money management and attitudes to further financial education using the form of a multiple case study.
