Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou identity profese sociální práce, konkrétně formováním identity studentů sociální práce k této profesi. Cílem této práce je zjistit, které faktory ovlivňují/ konstruují identitu studentů Caritas VOŠs k oboru sociální práce. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické, kde jsou vymezeny teoretické koncepty této problematiky a empirické části, která popisuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření provedené technikou focus group.This thesis is concerned with the topic of social work identity, concretely about the proces of forming the identity during the time of studies. The goal is to identify which factors are influencing/ building the identity of Caritas VOŠs students to social work discipline. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical which explains theoretical concepts of this topic and empirical part which describes qualitative research made by focus group technique
