Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem blendingu (neboli míšením) a jím vzniklých blends (tzv. kufříkových slov, splynulin či portmanteau) v nizozemštině. V úvodní kapitole jsou představeny základní slovotvorné postupy nizozemštiny i netradiční způsoby tvoření slov, mezi které blending patří. Druhá kapitola je věnována blends a názorům různých autorů na typy a kategorie blends. Hlavní část práce tvoří vlastní korpus blends a jeho následná analýza. Blends jsou klasifikovány především z hlediska slovních druhů a možných způsobů spojení původních slov či jejich částí. Okrajově je zmiňován také původ blends.This diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of blending and the resulting blends (in other words lexical blends and portman-teau words) in Dutch. In the introductory chapter there are introduced the basic word-forming methods of Dutch and the non-traditional ways of creating words where blending belongs to. The second chapter is devoted to blends and the opinions of different authors about types and categories of blends. The main part of the thesis consists of the corpus of blends and its subsequent analysis. Blends are classified primarily from the point of view of word classes and possible methods of the fusion of original words or their parts. The origin of the blends from the point of view of influence by foreign language was also investigated.
