Bakalářská práce se zabývá franchisingem, zejména výhodami a nevýhodami franchisingu v podnikání. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá teoretickým rozborem franchisingu a podobným formám podnikání. Druhá část se zabývá nejrelevantnějšími výhodami a nevýhodami franchisingu, včetně jejich popisu. Pro tuto problematiku byla vyhotovena i SWOT analýza.The bachelor thesis deals with franchising, especially the advantages and disadvantages of franchising in business. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical analysis of franchising and similar forms of business. The second part deals with the most relevant advantages and disadvantages of franchising, including their description. For this issue was made SWOT analysis.
