Cílem bakalářské práce je kontrastivní srovnání německého originálu a českých překladů díla Thomas Manna "Buddenbrooks. Verfall einer Familie." Práce je zaměřena nejen na kontrastivní srovnávání s originálem, nýbrž především na srovnání překladů mezi sebou. Na základě vytvořeného korpusu jsou zkoumány zvláštní jevy v oblasti lexikální, gramatické, fonetické a poetické.This bachelor thesis aims to make a contrastive comparison between the German original of Thomas Mann's book "Buddenbrooks. Verfall einer Familie" and its Czech translations. Apart from comparing the original to the translations, the primary focus of the thesis lies on the comparison of the Czech translations. Based on the created corpus, the phenomena are examined on the lexical, grammatical, phonetics and poetical level.
